Teenagers and adolescents have a lot to balance from school, sports, and personal responsibilities to family and social pressure, all while going through rapid physical and mental growth.
In working with teens, I integrate traditional Cognitive-behavioral therapy with strengths-based approach along with Art Therapy techniques for promoting deeper insight and self-awareness.

A common path for getting to the root of the problem is to identify and replace the thought patterns that give rise to unwanted emotions and unhealthy habits.
Therapy offers a non-judgmental and consistent space to examine and integrate your thoughts and feelings during difficult phases of your life and find the best strategies for you. My most important goal is to create a warm, collaborative, and therapeutic environment in which my clients can authentically grow.
