About

Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist & Provisional-Registered Art Therapist

Meet Sara

Thank you for reaching out and taking the first step towards your goals. I am Sara Douglas, and I have ten years of clinical experience in providing individual therapy for children, teens and adults. I treat a range of presenting concerns, with specific clinical interest and specialization in treating grief, anxiety, depression and trauma.

My practice is centered on clients and focused on solutions. This means that our first few sessions together will be about getting to know you, your values, and your strengths. We will collaborate to define what specific goals you have for therapy. I believe that everyone is the expert on their own experiences and find that building a trusting therapeutic relationship is the foundation for achieving meaningful transformation and reaching your highest goals.
